2023 Year in Review: DRE Celebrates 40 Years

As we close the curtains on another remarkable year, I find myself both humbled and invigorated reflecting on the journey of DRE Industries Inc. In 1983, we embarked on a mission to provide the construction industry with high-quality water repellents and below-grade waterproofing membranes. Today, as we celebrate our 40th year, we stand tall as a beacon of excellence in the field. It is with great pride that we are still in collaboration with the original manufacturers with whom we started this incredible journey. This longstanding partnership underscores our commitment to reliability and consistency, values that have been integral to our success over the decades.

In response to the evolving needs of our customers, we added essential elements such as expansion joints, epoxy terrazzo, underslab vapor barrier, moisture mitigation and curtain injection to our product offering. This strategic expansion is a testament to our dedication to meeting the diverse demands of the construction industry.

This year has been a pivotal time for DRE Industries Inc., marked by both reflection on our past achievements and anticipation for the bright future that lies ahead. We continue to offer a comprehensive range of products for both new and restoration projects. Our partners are the industry leader for each product segment.

Our commitment to quality has been the cornerstone of our success. This year, we were honored to witness the Ontario Court of Justice Building win both the TTMAC Terrazzo project of the year and the SWA Trillium Award - New Construction Project and the Senate of Canada Building win an NTMA Honor Award. These accolades not only validate our dedication to excellence but also serve as a testament to the hard work and passion of the entire DRE team, our manufacture and contractor partners.

Looking ahead, we are excited about the opportunities that the future holds for DRE Industries Inc. With your continued support and collaboration, we are confident that the next 40 years will be filled with even greater achievements and milestones.
